Plurality
My partner is plural, and I've gotten very close to the plural community and even questioned if I am plural myself. I've seen that the lack of resources for plurals of all kind sucks, so I've been compiling for years every resources I can find. Most of it is from the community on tumblr, with hand made guides by plurals. I plan on compiling it all into a book avaoible for free via PDF, and for sale via printed. You can keep up with my progess on the Projects page :) UNtil then I hope this little archive will suffice! It will aslo be where I keep track of what to put into the book & what I've already added, so this page adn my PRojects page are very interlinked!

sex ed
I realized most of my OCD struggles stemmed from a lack of Sexual Education; and not only that, but most Sex Ed available to queer people and teens are "Don't Get Pregnant." Sex Ed isn't just about sexual relations, but about how our bodies work and how our hormoans can affect us. There's a lack of education to vagina wielders about ovaries and how vaginas work in the first place (it's literally an exposed organ!), and to queer people and how dysphoria ties into how or body works and how sex can affect us. Sex Ed isn't just education about the act of sex, it's education of:
What A vagina is and how it works
what sperm is and how it works
the difference between gender and sex
bodily dysphoria
what a safe relashionship is
contraceptive, plan b, and abortion
how sex works
consent, in any situation, not just sexual
healthy ways to explore your sexuality
Sex is important for all young adults to know no matter the gender, sexuality, or relashionship status. I made this shrine with resources and my own reassurences and support!

DPDR
DPDR is a natural response in your brain to percives danger, whether it's actaully there or not! our brains are squishy and slimey, and often that goop can get the heebie jeebies for no reason (or a past reason that has since moved on). DPDR is when you feel Depresonalization (disconnection from yourself, or your personality, not acting or feeling like yourself) and Derealization (the world around you looking flat or 2d, feeling like your in a dream).
DPDR can be very frustrating and even scary, and has someoen who expriences large bouts of it myself, I want to help others get comfort and support. These are a lot of resources I could find, some from pychologists and some form fellow slimmies.
